  • Administrator Roles - Primarily responsible for creating and managing programs, applications, and forms within InfoReady. Admin types vary based on whether or not microsites are enabled. 
  • Other User Roles -These users apply, review, submit reference letters, and/or download basic data but do not create or manage processes.
  • Additional Permissions - Independent of role, these can be enabled for specific users that need access to more site and/or user data.

Other User Roles

Applicants

  • Submit applications and/or progress reports
  • Most basic (i.e., lowest level of access) in the platform

Reviewers

  • Assigned to provide feedback on one or more applications via the Reviews tab
  • Can also be Applicants (i.e., submit applications for themselves)

Reference Letter Writers

  • Submit reference letters on behalf of applicants
  • Do not have to log in to submit letters but can if they already have an account

Viewers

  • Can download PDF and/or Excel data about a specific opportunity, program, or competition
  • Must be added by an administrator that has access to the opportunity

Additional Permissions 

Depending on a person's role at the institution, they may need access to either or both of the optional permissions below:


Download Institution User Report

  • Detailed view of administrator activity across all tenants within an institution
  • Must be an administrator on at least one tenant to be granted this permission
  • Most appropriate for top-level admin(s) who should see all admin activity

Manage Administrators

  • Can distribute administrator seats across multiple tenants within an institution
  • Can see high-level user data in any tenant within an institution
  • Can have any base user role (e.g., Applicant) to be granted this permission
  • Most appropriate for user(s) who manage the license at the intitution (i.e., multi-tenant) level
