Cloning an existing tile create a copy of the details, tile, workflow (if applicable), and Learn More page (if applicable). This functionality can be used for many purposes, including:
- Creating template tiles
- Fill out the basic details and construct a standardized Learn More page.
- Admins can then complete with full details and launch.
- Copying opportunities from past cycles
- Re-using application forms (if workflows are enabled)
Here's how to clone a tile (and its associated workflow):
1. From the Hub home page, find the tile you'd like to clone and toggle to Admin View.
2. Select Clone Opportunity.
3. A pop-up message will describe what cloning means. Click Yes to continue.
4. Wait until the on-screen message changes to: Clone Successful! Click Yes to be taken directly to the configuration page.
5. If you prefer to make edits later, click No. Then, edit the tile/workflow at any time from the Manage Workflows area. The status will be In Configuration. Expand the entry and click Resume Editing.
