Cloning an existing tile create a copy of the details, tile, workflow (if applicable), and Learn More page (if applicable). This functionality can be used for many purposes, including:

  • Creating template tiles
    • Fill out the basic details and construct a standardized Learn More page. 
    • Admins can then complete with full details and launch.
  • Copying opportunities from past cycles
  • Re-using application forms (if workflows are enabled)


Here's how to clone a tile (and its associated workflow):


1. From the Hub home page, find the tile you'd like to clone and toggle to Admin View.

2. Select Clone Opportunity.

3. A pop-up message will describe what cloning means. Click Yes to continue.

Pop up window: Cloning a workflow will create a copy of the workflow, and its configuration. The resulting workflow will be placed in configuration state. No application data will be copied. Do you wish to continue? (Yes button highlighted in red outlined box.).

4. Wait until the on-screen message changes to: Clone Successful! Click Yes to be taken directly to the configuration page.Clone Successful! pop up window. The workflow was successfully cloned. Do you with to configure it now?(Yes button highlighted in red outlined box.).

5. If you prefer to make edits later, click No. Then, edit the tile/workflow at any time from the Manage Workflows area. The status will be In Configuration. Expand the entry and click Resume Editing.
