Once an opportunity is launched (or scheduled to launch), it cannot be un-launched (or un-published).
However, you have a few different options if you don't want to open it for applications yet:
1. Hide it from the homepage
- If you need to hide it from view, we recommend temporarily changing the Remove from Homepage Date on the Details page to the past so that it doesn't show to potential applicants.
- Then when you're ready to advertise it again, you can change that date to the future.
2. Edit the Open Application On date
- With this method, you can keep advertising the opportunity on the homepage but not allow applications until a different date.
- Simply set the Open Application On date to a future date.
3. Make a fresh copy
- Another option is to make a copy of the opportunity, leave in draft state, and then delete the currently live one.
- You'd only want to do this if you haven't shared the link externally already, such as in a newsletter or on a website.
- The copy of the current opportunity will have a different direct URL than the original.
