    - Scenario 1: A Reviewer who does not belong to your organization calls to say he cannot log in. He is clicking the blue SSO button, which is limited to internal users. What steps would you share with this Reviewer, so he can successfully log in?
    - Scenario 2: A Reviewer has multiple review assignments and calls to say she cannot find a specific review. What column in the Reviews Tab has a filter option to locate reviews more easily? Where does she need to click to access the application to review?
    - Scenario 3: A new Reviewer said they received an email notification about their review assignment, but nothing was attached to the email. How would you explain where to click so they can access their assignments?
    - Activity: Submit a Support ticket with your answers for Module 2B Scenarios. InfoReady Support will provide feedback.
