Reviewers are notified about their review assignments based on the routing step(s) they are assigned to:


First Routing Step

  • Notified immediately after assigning in one of two ways:
    • An individual application - Uses the email template Review Request but admin can make ad hoc edits before sending
    • Multiple applications at once - Uses the email template Multiple Review Request but admin can make ad hoc edits before sending
  • Subsequent notifications for pending reviews will come twice per week (Mon and Thurs) via the Review Requests Digest.


Any Routing Step after the First

  • Admins can assign reviewers at any point, but the assignment will not be open for the reviewer until all reviews on previous routing steps are complete for that application.
    • If reviews aren't complete, but an admin needs to move the application along in the review process, they can skip the routing step for that application.
  • Reviewers are notified via the Review Requests Digest.

Review Reminders

  • By default, reminders to reviewers are sent via the Review Requests Digest twice per week (Monday and Thursday) for 14 days from the review assignment.
    • The days and frequency can be modified by site by a Super (or Global) Admin. Contact support@inforeadycorp.com to make any changes or verify when the Digest is being sent for your site.
  • If an admin needs to push out an additional reminder to all reviewers with pending reviews in their opportunity, they can do so through the Data Grid via the Send Review Digest Email Now link:

  • They can also send the digest to one reviewer from the application view > Reviewers button:
