Release 3.65 of the InfoReady platform was deployed in the early morning hours of Friday, December 6, 2024.
Features and Enhancements
Accessibility Updates
We are committed to making InfoReady accessible to all users. Accessibility updates may not always be apparent to those users who do not use assistive technologies. This release, however, includes some changes in behaviors and colors all users may notice. For example, all table headers (Homepage, Manage, Reports, etc.) have been darkened to a neutral grey.
Data Grid
Create and Save Multiple Views
Administrators and co-administrators can now create and save multiple views of the Data Grid. Views may be saved on each of the Data Grid tabs and given unique names. Saved views are visible to administrators with access to an opportunity and also to any Viewers. Selecting a view will populate the Data Grid with all the columns, sort order, search, and filter options selected at the time the view was created. Learn more.
At any time, administrators and viewers, if any, may now download an Excel file containing all Data Grid data as shown on a page. What you see on the page is what you get in your downloaded file. Learn more.
Pro Tip: Leverage both of these new features to create custom reports to help you manage your opportunities or share data with external stakeholders.
Form Designer
Add Supporting Documents to PDFs
Administrators leveraging either Form Designer Core or Pro will see they now have the ability to include supporting documents added to Requirements in the downloadable application PDFs. Learn more.
Engage Homepage (Beta)
Over the last year or so, the InfoReady team has been developing the Engage Homepage. In contrast to the list view, the Engage Homepage features a more graphical approach to showcasing opportunities and has more options for curating opportunities, competitions, and programs on “cards” and carousels. Each card features an image displayed alongside information selected by administrators to help users quickly skim through all available opportunities.
In addition to the card and carousel view, this release introduces a new way to explore opportunities on the Engage Homepage. This new view organizes opportunities in a searchable and sortable table. This new “list view” incorporates more responsive design for improved accessibility and viewing across multiple devices. This list view is now available to our beta users of the Engage Homepage. Learn more.
One additional note: The new list view will be the foundation for an upgrade to the InfoReady homepage for all clients later in 2025. We will be providing more information about the new list view and how/when to make the switch in the coming months. Stay tuned!
New Look to Filters
The filters on the Engage Homepage receive some major styling updates in this release. These filters are optimized for exploring opportunities on any device.
Microsite Support
This release introduces support for microsites within the Engage Homepage experience. While the Engage Homepage features the card and carousel view, the microsite homepages feature the new list view.
Engage Homepage Administrator Permission
For those clients with the Engage Homepage, you may now designate any user on your site to manage the carousels featured on your homepage. Contact InfoReady Support with the name and email address of the users you would like to receive this permission. An upcoming release will allow Super or Global Administrators (microsites) to assign this permission to users themselves. Learn more.
Other Enhancements
All releases address a variety of bugs, performance improvements, and accessibility enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experience. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who may have encountered any issues resolved with this release.
Key Fixes:
- Microsite Super Administrators can once again access the Manage Users area.
- We’ve decreased the number of times administrators will see a browser alert message when edits have already been saved.
- Progress Report reminders can be scheduled after batch assigning Progress Reports.
- Reports with blank Co-Applicant fields will download properly.
