Features and Enhancements 

Form Builder Updates

We’ve made styling and usability updates to the interface used for building your forms within the Form Designer Template. You may notice some changes in the way the form builder looks, slight differences in language used, and some new features to make it easier to build forms. For example, now you can search a field’s setting panel to find the settings you are looking for. Another new option allows administrators to add a progress bar to forms. Learn more.


Data Lookup Tool

Clients have often cited their desire to allow applicants to search a data set maintained by their institution, make a selection, and display that data within an application. The Data Lookup tool does just that. For example, share course information with InfoReady, allow applicants to search for and select a course by course number, and then populate form fields with additional information about the selected course. Learn more.


The feature supports multiple data sets. Purchase of a data feed is required for each Data Lookup tool. Contact your account manager.


Other Enhancements 

All releases address a variety of bugs, performance improvements, and accessibility enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experience. Releases in the first half of 2025 will largely focus on these types of issues. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who may have encountered any issues resolved with this release.  


Key Fixes: 

  • Introduced more load time indicators for when data is processing 
  • Fixed an issue that was causing field data to duplicate unexpectedly 
  • File uploads can be attached to application notes 
  • The Multiple Select box in the Build my own Form Routing Step has been increased to make it easier for reviewers to select responses.
