Release 3.66 of the InfoReady platform was deployed in the early morning hours of Friday, January 10, 2025.

Features and Enhancements

Copy Applications

You might manage opportunities where applicants may submit more than one application. We have introduced the option for applicants to duplicate their existing applications in these types of opportunities, which will lessen the burden and time needed to re-enter much of the same information multiple times. The functionality also works for applicant proxies and administrators.

Progress Reports in Letter of Intent Opportunities (LOIs)

Administrators may now configure progress reports when creating an LOI. Previously, progress reports could only be created after converting an LOI to a full competition (Phase 2) or awarding directly from an LOI. Progress Reports that are created during the LOI phase then become templates in the full competition or after awarding directly and may be further modified before assigning to awardees.

Updates to Manage Users

Administrators with access will see several updates to the Manage Users page within the Admin tab. The most noticeable addition is the overview table of user activity, which provides insights such as user counts and login activity.

The user list has also undergone updates. Users with “pending” accounts (i.e., accounts that have not been activated) may now be filtered out of the user list via the “Status” column. “Last Login” is the other new column, providing the timestamp of each user’s last login. Both of these columns have also been added to the downloadable user report (i.e., “Download User List”).

Manage InfoReady at Enterprise Scale

Increasingly, our clients are adopting multiple InfoReady tenants across their institutions and transitioning to models where InfoReady licenses are managed centrally by an institution’s IT group or Provost Office. To manage license agreements and users, IT requires access to information across tenants. We’ve developed a new dashboard that provides this information. “Manage Administrators” provides IT with a high-level overview of administrator activity, allows them to allocate administrator seats across tenants, and to view user lists across all tenants. This dashboard is also available to clients with only one InfoReady tenant. To obtain access to the dashboard, primary contacts should reach out to their account manager with the names and email addresses of all users requiring access.

InfoReady API

We are pleased to announce our first API. The API capabilities are currently limited to sending all application data to a client system when an application is awarded within InfoReady. Access to this API is available at an additional cost. Documentation is available upon request. Contact your account manager or info@inforeadycorp.com for more information.

External Application File Request

InfoReady now has the capability to import files from your external platforms into applications within InfoReady. For example, students’ unofficial transcripts may be needed for some of your processes. With this data feed, once a student submits an application, InfoReady generates a request to your external platform requesting the transcript. Transcripts are then delivered to InfoReady, attached to the correct applications, and available for your review or approval processes. This feature is available at an additional cost; Implementation of this feature does require work from your institution’s IT team and may not be supported at all institutions. Contact your account manager or info@inforeadycorp.com for more information.

Share Opportunity Announcement Enhancement

Administrators often wish to target certain audiences with an announcement about a new opportunity within InfoReady. With this release, we’ve updated the Share Announcement feature to allow administrators to filter users within InfoReady by data contained in user profiles. The announcement may then be emailed to the filtered list of users. Gain additional filter options and a larger data set with an inbound data feed of user data. This feature, as well as inbound data feeds, are available at additional cost. Contact your account manager for more information.

Engage Homepage (Beta) Enhancements

As we edge closer to our general release of new homepage options, we have heard feedback from some clients utilizing the Engage Homepage that they often wish to 1) allow any administrator to create an opportunity but 2) wish to restrict creating cards on the Engage Homepage to specific administrators. Clients looking to implement this kind of restriction for their Engage Homepage may contact InfoReady Support.

Other Enhancements

All releases address a variety of bugs, performance improvements, and accessibility enhancements to maximize your InfoReady experience. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who may have encountered any issues resolved with this release.
