Administrator View and Terminology

Details page is default viewManage button is default view, with Dates, Details, Description, and the grid all appearing on the page. Details and Description are collapsed by default to minimize scrolling and highlight the grid.

Navigating the Grid

Original Application Grid was a simplified version of Enhanced.Grid has Simple and Full views for each tab. Admins can also save one customized view of each tab if needed.
Only certain columns could be shown in gridAny application question, file upload option, or routing step can be added as a column to the Grid

Batch Actions
