Customizing Your InfoReady Site

Even “out of the box”, InfoReady is a powerful platform for a variety of use cases. However, there are additional terminology and changes and site settings that you may want to consider. Please note any changes must be approved by your main administrators (either Super or Global Admins, depending on your license).

Sometimes, an additional feature may be just what your team needs to take your InfoReady use to the next level or expand to other offices. Below is a list of the most common additional features. Module 10: Put into Practice Exercise 

- Activity 1: If you are a Super or Global Admin, pick one of the choices from the Optional Configurations Guide and email support@inforeadycorp.com to make that change for your site. Make sure to communicate any changes with all administrators.
- Activity 2: Email your InfoReady Account Manager to ask for more information on a feature you don't currently have access to or don't use regularly.
