What is the new form builder? (20-30 min)

This template offers form flexibility, including pages, sections, conditional logic/branching questions, text-only boxes, and a responsive preview. It is particularly helpful for applications with many questions, multiple sections, different required questions for certain applicants, and/or a wide variety of question types.

Module 11: Put into Practice Exercise

- Scenario 1: You need to create an opportunity where applicants will answer several multiple choice questions. Do you need to use the new Form Designer for this? Why or why not? - Scenario 2: You need to set up a form where students with different class standings (i.e., freshman, sophomore, etc.) will be required to answer separate questions. There will also be additional requirements for international vs. domestic students. How you could you structure the form and use logic to suit both these needs? - Activity: If you know of an opportunity you need to set up using the Form Designer, build it and then send the link for us to review in a support ticket. Or, create a basic version of the form described in Scenario 2. Make sure to use the Preview functionality to test as you go!
