Release 3.58 of the InfoReady platform was deployed in the early morning hours of Friday, April 12, 2024.
We will be hosting a "What's New?" webinar on April 16th to provide an overview of new functionality in the two most recent releases. Register here.
Features and Enhancements
All Sites
- In the past, applicants in InfoReady would receive system notifications at defined points in the process.
- The new batch email capabilities empower admins to also send custom email notifications to applicants at any point in time for a given competition.
- The ‘Email Applicants’ option is a batch action on the Data Grid, which allows admins to select the applicants and then create/send the custom email to all selected applicants. Learn more.
Multitrack Sunsetting
- With all the features and flexibility of the Form Designer Template (FDT), InfoReady has begun the process of sunsetting the Multitrack template.
- Admins will no longer be able to copy existing Multitrack competitions. Once the template has been removed, no new Multitrack competitions can be created.
Next steps:
- InfoReady sites that have never used the Multitrack template will automatically have the template removed the morning of Friday, April 26th. Contact support@inforeadycorp.com if you have questions.
- For InfoReady sites that have used Multitrack in the past, your account manager will contact the competition owner to discuss plans to wind down use of Multitrack.
Form Designer Template (FDT)
- For the last year, clients with Gold licenses and above have enjoyed the experience of creating requirements and progress reports using the Form Designer Template (FDT).
- With this release, Bronze and Silver-license clients may also enjoy the core Form Designer Template experience. See this chart for differences between Form Designer Core (Bronze and Silver licenses) and Form Designer Pro (Gold licenses and above; or the Template Bundle).
A release in the coming months will also bring the Form Designer experience to routing steps for clients with a Silver license or above, as a replacement to the current Build My Own Form routing step. With that, there will be a single form building experience across all phases of a competition’s configuration within the Form Designer Template.
Return for Revisions Routing Step (Beta)
Administrators can now configure the step to:
- Automatically return applications to applicants if reviews are not completed by the deadline.
- Share read-only access to all applications with reviewers.
- Allow or prohibit file uploads from reviewers.
We’ve also implemented a 20mb file upload limit for reviewer’s email attachments. This limit is in keeping with the limit for file attachments most email providers allow.
Reviewers will no longer see applicants’ names in the email template on this step so that anonymity may be preserved if applicants’ identity is to be hidden from reviewers. If the identity of the applicants is not hidden, reviewers will see the applicants’ names on the review pages.
Bug Fixes and Security Enhancements
This release includes bug fixes to maximize your InfoReady experience. The InfoReady Support Team will reach out directly to any clients who may have encountered any issues resolved with this release.
